Mustard Rabbit Recipe

This Mustard Rabbit recipe dish takes some time to prepare, but it is worth it!IngredientsHalf a dozen rabbit joints 4 large tablespoons of Dijon mustard Seasoned flour Large knob of unsalted butter (a couple of ounces is about right) 3 or 4 rashers on streaky bacon onion garlic about half a pint of double creamMethodWash and dry your rabbit pieces. Provolone and Pancetta Ravioli – Recipe
