"Breakfast like a King, Lunch like a Prince and Dine like a Pauper" is a very famous proverb. Most of us know that, but our current lifestyle defeats our intentions. We all heard our moms say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. They were right, so do not skip this very important meal! Scientists showed that those who eat a daily breakfast perform better on the job, at school, and in sports. When we really think about it, it makes a perfect sense!
