High Protein Breakfast

A new study has revealed that a high protein breakfast may allow dieters to stay on track by helping dieters retain fullness throughout the day.The British Journal of Nutrition published a study finding that the timing of dietary protein intake affects feelings of fullness throughout the day. I'm sure you've heard it said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. The truth is, it is and there is a very good reason for it.If you're like the average human being, the last meal you've eaten was sometime around 5 or 6 PM the day before.
