Colon Cleansing Detox and Healing – And Bread
You might think that a colon cleansing alone is enough to give you a proper detox…but a detox is so much more than that.
While it’s true that a colon cleanse, or ‘flush’, can get rid of old, built up waste in the colon, and can give you good health benefits, it doesn’t really hold a candle next to a true detoxification. And what’s the difference between a simple colon cleanse and a detox?
The true detox will heal your entire body! It doesn’t just focus on your colon, and by the way, because it does focus on your entire body, by it’s nature, your colon will be detoxified too.
That’s like the best of both worlds…like the bread!
Except not really, because you probably wouldn’t be eating solid foods on a good colon cleansing detox, and even if you were, you definitely wouldn’t be having any refined white flour at all.
So it would be good old, brown whole grain bread.

You see, detoxing and body healing isn’t just about clearing out the colon. It’s about resting your body, allowing it more energy to go into self-repair and cleansing. And one of the most effective ways to give it more energy, is by not having to digest anything difficult.
And since us humans don’t actually need solid foods to survive (we just need the right nutrients, which we can get enough of from certain drinks, which also happen to be billions times easier to digest), it makes perfect sense to stop eating those solid foods, doesn’t it!
